Forgotten Beings

In "Forgotten Beings," I explore how discarded textiles are often rejected and forgotten over time. The exhibition showcases machine-embroidered textile panels made from used clothing, with a focus on the poorly-made material of synthetic fibers - textiles we dispose of when they lose their aesthetic value, even though they can last for a very long time. The textiles are reworked from clothing through patchwork techniques. These new works are an extension of my sculptural practice, where the personification of objects plays an important part.
